Meet Scott

Scott Union founded Union West Real Estate in 1985, originally as Whitewater Coves Realty in La Jolla.

In 1986, we expanded by opening an office in Del Mar. In 1989, we made our headquarters in Rancho Santa Fe and opened our first branch office in Mammoth Lakes.

In 2006, we opened an office in Napa Valley, increasing our clients access to more beautiful areas in California. We are a team with a long history of offering our clients discreet, professional, and personalized service.

Meet Morgana

Morgana is a southern California native who grew up in Santa Monica and Brentwood until she left for Europe at 21. Over her 15 years there, she moved 36 times and lived in 6 different countries.

During that time she was raising a young family and learned to speak and write Italian, Spanish and French, fluently. Her love of homes and décor went to new levels while submerged in these different cultures and aesthetic surroundings.

When she came back to the states in 2016, she fell in love with Rancho Santa Fe and all of San Diego county. It was there she met Scott Union through a mutual family member, and dove into the real estate market head first. One of Morgana’s hobbies is interior design and she became ASP certified for staging.
